Laureen Weaver is real estate broker who has been involvied in selling and investing real estate since 1989. In 2009, she began painting in her open houses, due to the slow real estate market and trying to think outside the box to market her homes. She could never find time to paint with work, so she combined the two, giving the client a gift of her work after escrow closed.

The Road Trip was an desire to find the best small towns on the west coast in search of a simpiler life from the fast pace of Southern California.

Laureen hopes that this book inspires more people to reconnect and find their own Road Trip in this hectic world. With all our modern technologies, sometimes it is good to get out on the road, turn off all the electronic devices, connect with your loved ones, rediscover oneself and what is really important in life.
