About the Creator
Randy comes to Jacksonville, FL with a variety of specialties that provide his clients with the tools to succeed. He received his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University. Randy is an active educator as a Corrective Exercise Specialist & Medical Exercise Specialist. He is a former professor for the World Instructors Training Schools at the University of North Florida. In addition to his world-class training and experience, Randy’s background includes Collegiate Sports, Professional Sports, Professional Sports Performance, Rehabilitation Recovery, Shoalin Kung-Fu, Tia Chi, Yoga, Meditation, and Motivational Speaking. His first book "Range of Motion Corrective Exercise" has reached readers around the world. He developed the "Stabilization Board" as an invention to help others with lower body extremity rehabilitation. He is now working on a video series to complement his book, along with 3 other books helping others deal with life's challenges.
