About the Author
Throughout my 20s and 30s I was like many other women, I wandered a path of dieting and ineffective exercise programs in my pursuit of being skinny.
At 36, with the goal of achieving an athletic physique, I undertook significant changes to my nutrition and training. This helped me completely transform my body and led me to successfully compete in figure sculpting for the next three years.
As a performance coach, I now draw on this experience and my professional knowledge of nutrition, and strength and conditioning, to help my female clients get fitter, stronger and healthier. My focus is on helping them gain confidence in the gym and in their ability.
I've been featured in national publications such as Cleo Magazine and Oxygen Magazine, as well as metropolitan and local newspapers.
