The Mind of Noble Leadership (ebook)
Noble Virtues and Practical Wisdom
Even at the best of times life can be difficult. As a result of workplace environments many of my colleagues and friends suffer not only stress and anxiety but also often depression. Once this takes hold it can be very difficult for us to overcome and sometimes the more we fight it the worse we feel. It is within human nature to become powerless to our self-destructive tendencies. The World Health Organization recognizes that stress and depression is reaching astronomical proportions. People feel undervalued, uncertain and even mistrustful about their future. They have lost respect for themselves and for their leaders at all levels of society. Trust has been lost. By learning how to step back from our personal situations and reflecting on our attitudes we can achieve much. By an understanding as to the working of our self-destructive nature and following some basic principles embracing the concepts of Noble Virtues and Noble Aspirations we can become our own Leader and learn how not to rely on others for our sense of wellbeing and belonging. The real nature of this book is to do with the development of a Personal Philosophy which has the characteristics and focus of sustainable Leadership of one self and of others.
