dahlia holmes is a native Jamaican and "Jill-of-all-trades." She has degrees in Fine Arts, Digital Graphic Arts, and Computer Science. A self proclaimed geek and all round eccentric, Ms. Holmes has been writing since she was a child, and has published in several magazines. She has held the Tampa Tribune Minority Journalism Scholarship (1996) and the Ben and Ion Lister-Simmons Scholarship for creative writing (1995-1996) at the University of South Florida. She is an avid poet and sultry crooner and she considers her greatest creation to be her two sons.
