About the Ebook
Ethiopia is avast and diverse country. Divided into the north and south the two areas are very different. The north is modern and the south is tribal subsistence living the way the did hundreds of years ago. The south is not an easy trip but well worth the effort as the people are so much more interesting. The Timkat festival is a great Christian religious event and the north is reported to hold the Arc of the Covenant. The photos are a journal into the culture of this diverse country.

I bought my first camera 60 years ago for 50 cents and two Wheaties box tops and got the bug. I've always taken pictures and now that I am retired, I combine my love for travel with photography. I love taking pictures of people and their environments. My goal is to visit 100 countries and bring back my impressions of each of these unique places. I'm only 32 countries short of my goal and hope to go beyond the 100 before I am no longer to travel.
