About the Ebook
A quick photo tour of the major Islands of Indonesia. We went to four different and exciting islands with very different cultures and traditions. We saw orangutans very up close and personal as one swiped a water bottle out of a guy's pocket as we walked down a ramp to our boat. In Tana we watched elaborate burial ceremonies and saw the caves where they burry the dead. Paupa is the new name for Irian Jaya where we visited with the Dani people who still wear penis gourds. Bali was our last island and we saw many cremation ceremonies as this is the time of year they do this. We were treaty to several dance performances such as the Kacek where 100 men chant as a choir for the performance. We also witnessed a Barong which is a classic story of good triumphing over evil.

I bought my first camera 60 years ago for 50 cents and two Wheaties box tops and got the bug. I've always taken pictures and now that I am retired, I combine my love for travel with photography. I love taking pictures of people and their environments. My goal is to visit 100 countries and bring back my impressions of each of these unique places. I'm only 32 countries short of my goal and hope to go beyond the 100 before I am no longer to travel.
