This is a book about an archaeologist called Giles and his dog named Bones. In this adventure they travel to Egypt. Bones in his quest for food stumbles across many exciting wonders. Bones comes up against obstacles in his plight including Giles' boss Professor Trent and his evil parrot Delphi.
