Brent Lemonds is the Administrative Director for Service Improvement at Vanderbilt University Hospital since June 2012. For the previous 10 years he served as the Administrative Director for Emergency Services, and Resuscitation Program. The last three years he also led Vanderbilt LifeFlight. Brent serves as a mentor in Vanderbilt’s Evidenced Based Nursing Fellowship Program and is on the Central Committee of the Professional Nurse Practice Program. He is an experienced educator, nurse, paramedic, and administrator. Past positions have included responsibility for multi-county EMS operations, emergency department management, and faculty member in an EMS training program. He has served at Vanderbilt as the Administrator for Inpatient Medicine and Specialty Nursing including Radiology nurses and the IV team.
