While our professions are in performance and visual arts, our passion is eating great food that makes us feel good. After a lengthy journey in undersanding the relationships between good health and good food we developed Cravings* Eating wheat and gluten free and more- and loving it. Our diet uses NO: wheat, gluten, soy, yeast, eggs, canola oil,olive oil, cow milk, corn,lactose, and more. We do understand the difficulities of eating with allergies. However, when you love food, you find a way. The blueberry muffins on the cover are real. We ate them after taking the pictures.
