As a photographer and a student of theology I have developed a fascination with the traditional art of Eastern Orthodox Iconography. In this book, I endeavored to recreate ten classic icons photographically with models and contemporary themes. For each image, I have explored the traditional theology of the image and how my own theology guided my decision making.

My hope is that this book will hold the interest and impact people who read it, regardless of faith or belief.
